The world’s number 1 trance DJ, Armin van Buuren headlined the distinguished audio-visual event Seven Wonders in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates last year.
In a historical moment for electronic music, global trance stalwart and pioneer Armin van Buuren performed a 3 hour show titled Pillars of Creation, to an intimate audience of 1000 people at one of the world’s most prestigious venues, the Ritz-Carlton Al Wadi.
Seven Wonders is a platform and event series which blends immersive audio-visuals with seven world-renowned artists in seven exquisite locations. 
Armin performed in October 2024, and set out to create a personal and exclusive performance. This included unreleased tracks, live performances by Natalie Gioia and Anne Gudrun, 800 drones, fireworks, state of the art lighting and groundbreaking visuals.
In the YouTube comments Armin shared; “What a memory!! A couple of months ago I had the opportunity to test a brand new concept called Pillars Of Creation, recorded live in the stunning desert dunes of Ras Al Khaimah with nearly 800 drones lighting up the night sky and towering LED-lit pillars surrounding the stage. And now you can relive it with me! It’s a different set from my usual, so let me know what you think of it”
