There have been numerous rumours on social media and platforms like Reddit about the possibility of a split between Italian electronic duo Tale Of Us.
Comprised of Matteo Milleri (widely known for his Anyma project) and Carmine Conte (who also has a side project with the alias MRAK), Tale Of Us took off in 2012 with their EP The Ocean. Their sound is an enthralling mixture of deep house, techno and other progressive influences.
In recent years, Anyma’s solo career has stolen the spotlight with his groundbreaking melodic techno productions and phenomenal live performances. He has also just completed a gigantic residency at the Sphere in Las Vegas featuring performances from Ellie Goulding and FKA twigs to name a few. 
Despite this, Tale Of Us started 2025 with multiple performances at Afterlife Tulum, however fans picked up on a shift in the chemistry between the two. Industry insiders also pointed out that the duo’s usual summer residencies, like their Ibiza residency, are strangely absent from their 2025 schedule. Although we have no confirmation from either artist about the credibility of these rumours, we’ll just have to wait and see what 2025 holds for the trailblazing duo.
