After years of waiting, fans will finally bear witness to the debut album of one of the most forward-thinking duos in electronic music: KOAN Sound. Jim and Will haven’t released any new music since 2015’s Forgotten Myths, which many thought would have been the year of their album.
Now in 2018, KOAN Sound have taken to social media to announce that the album is complete and in the process of being mastered. “It’s the most ambitious thing we’ve done to date and we’re both really proud of it. We’re currently mastering and will have more news for you soon.”
For fans of KOAN Sound, one of the original OWSLA artists, this is a huge, huge moment. For those who don’t know of their sound, I suggest you check them out immediately.
