The Chainsmokers‘ new track “Sick Boy” debuts on the Billboard Hot 100 chart this week — earning a solid spot at #65.
The duo is used to breaking Billboard records and well acquainted with the top 10. Just one example: “Closer” holds the record for most weeks spent in the Hot 100’s top 5 after its 26 week run.
“Sick Boy” also claims the #33 spot on the Digital Song Sales chart, a solid indicator that fans are loving the song. However, it didn’t break into the 50-track Streaming Songs chart — at least not yet.
The new single is still relatively new to listeners, so there’s no telling how high it might go. We definitely won’t be surprised if the track gains some serious momentum and keeps climbing the charts.
Congrats to The Chainsmokers!
