Lots of artists counted down the time until New Year’s last night, but perhaps no one did it as well as deadmau5 at Insomniac’s Countdown NYE in San Bernardino.
The DJ/producer apparently contacted Rick & Morty voice actor Justin Roilland for a completely custom 2018 countdown vocal performance, with references to mice and the like. For over a minute, he played the custom performance with references to the show and to Disneyland, making for an entirely special moment before dropping into his collaboration with Shotty Horroh, “Legendary.”
