With 2017 coming to a close most major social media outlets and various services are starting to share their end of year recaps and such. Spotify kicked us off yesterday with custom playlists and more and now YouTube is following up their annual YouTube Rewind video.
As the name implies, the video features a look at some of the biggest cultural moments in 2017 for YouTube. Such moments include mega-hits “Despacito,” “Shape of You,” “Stay,” “Humble,” “The One” and more mixed in with memes Fidget Spinners, Salt Bae, Eclipse Glasses, #TheFloorIsLava, Shooting Stars and more.
Best of all, the video features some prominent screen-time for EDM’s masked ambassador Marshmello as he DJs for a group of friends who live out some of the biggest memes of the year.
