Krewella stood up for love and unity during their New World Tour stop last night at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles.
The electronic duo took a knee and joined the crowd together to sing the national anthem in light of all the current events and social unrest. As Krewella states below, the gesture wasn’t intended for any one issue — but as a statement against injustice in general.
While one fan described it as a “beautiful, sincere moment,” another said, “I go to a show to escape politics and even freakin’ [Krewella] #TakesAKnee.” 
There truly is no escaping what our country is going through, and we’re all for artists standing up for what they believe in. Thanks for keeping it real, Krewella.
