With Avicii’s long-anticipated retirement drawing closer and closer, he and his team have finally announced the destination for his very last roundup of performances. Ushuaïa Ibiza, world renowned club and home to Avicii’s residency for the past five years, will serve as the DJ’s final venue this Sunday, August 28.
Ever since his career took off in 2010, the Swedish powerhouse has been touring the world, influencing a new generation of EDM and pop and cementing his name as one of the most important dance music contributors of the time. His last performance will likely be an emotional one, as fans finally say goodbye to the man who brought them “Wake Me Up,” “I Could Be The One,” “Levels,” “Waiting For Love” and all the rest.
