Yesterday, we reported that a manhunt was under way for an attendee of the Good Life Festival in Australia, following an altercation with a security guard that left him nearly unconscious. The video of the attack went viral – viral enough that the suspected perpetrator has been arrested and brought up on charges.
Several hours after the video emerged online, investigators apparently made contact with the mother of the accused, and an arrest was made shortly thereafter.
Good Life Festival is an under-18 festival, one of the few around; the perpetrator was 18 years old, and being questioned by the security guard for not having a wristband when they became involved in a scuffle. According to InTheMix, promoters of Good Life, Frontier Touring, “confirmed yesterday that the security guard had been discharged from hospital,” and a Seven news reporter “told local radio that he had spoken to the guard, who was feeling better after suffering a slight concussion.”
This is a fantastic win for justice.
This is unacceptable Find the scum and report him ASAP
