It’s been far too long since Dirty South has graced us with a new song.
The Australian progressive house titan teams up with good friend and constant collaborator Rudy on his first major release since the drop of his cinematic album With You. Although that album had heart-tingling singles such as “Unbreakable”, “Tunnel Vision”, and “Freefallin”, this is the first time we can grab our hands on a new Dirty South original tune since the end of last year. With his remix of Zedd‘s “Beautiful Now” holding us over, it’s time to make way for the new Dirty South single “Find A Way”.
Fans who hear this song officially for the first time might recognize it from Ultra Music Festival, Coachella, or the Dirty South four-hour and forty-four minute fourth of July set in which he teased the new track. The song “Find A Way” combines wonderful, empowering lyrics with triumphant, synth-driven house that create an uplifting emotion. This song reminds me of songs from his first album Speed Of Life and songs such as “City Of Dreams”, “Phazing”, and “Eyes Wide Open” which combined melodic progressive house with a sensation similar to soaring. Mark my words, this single is only a taste of what’s to come from Dirty South as I’m sure he has much more music to share with the world in due time.
