I have been hearing a lot about this “Coachella” lately. Whatever it is, apparently they will have a lot of music there, as well as people dancing and having a good time. Well, I know all you need is the internet to conjure those things into existence, so I have compiled a music package with purchasable tracks, free downloads and a few mixes for those of us who aren’t in Southern California. Alright, so I know what Coachella is, you got me. It still doesn’t disregard the fact that you want music, especially if you can’t manage to watch the Coachella streams (Day 1 here).
The dozen players you will go through feature ten songs and two downloadable mixes, so you’re repertoire should be stocked after having some time with this package. Starting off with our girl Dani Deahl and her fiery collaboration with Animale, the journey will take you to a Monstercat single from Rootkit, a freebie from Topher Jones, a Sporty-O remix of Outkast and two hour long sets. Free music from some talented up-and-comers can also be found along the way to complete the virtual Coachella experience. Hopefully next year those of us who are missing out can make it to the real thing!
