The track got massive feedback and was played on Pete Tong’s BBC Radio 1 mix three times in a row, and today, we have the pleasure of listening to the full track, as it’s just been released on Beatport. “Got me Thinkin” unites Spinnin Records favorites and frequent collaborators, Don Diablo and CID for yet another essential club tune. Having sounds from a range of house sub-genres, they make sure they’re not limited to a single style. The collaborative work wins you over through subtle nuances and overtones; it has everything from popular progressive-type ringing percussion and sample chopping, to mellow vocals and true house vibes. The song takes on tail-bass characteristics with a kick-driven bass-line and percussive melody elements. Don Diablo & CID have taken things a bit deeper for a club-ready offering.
