In a sea of bad press associated with EDM festivals, some great news came this week from an unlikely source. Commissioner Pitts of Atlanta, addressed TomorrowWorld’s presence in Fulton County this last weekend during the board of commissioners meeting earlier this week. Instead of addressing “Molly” and drug use, he commended TomorrowWorld for their professionalism and respect, while also displaying gratitude for their selection of Fulton County.
Hiring thousands of workers from Fulton County as well as filling up their hotels, TomorrowWorld had a tremendous positive impact on the local economy and the commissioner announced they are committed to hosting the event for another 8-10 years. With the eyes of the mainstream media and fans watching the outcome of EDM festivals, TomorrowWorld did a fantastic job in keeping their fans safe and respectful.
