Turkish trance producer, Ummet Ozcan, is back with his latest preview, “Here & Now”, to be released on March 25th with Spinnin’ Records. Ummet Ozcan has been on an impressive run recently, gaining popularity and respect worldwide with every electro-trance tune that comes out of his studio. He is showing no signs of slowing down after his latest release of “The Code”, with trance duo W&W, which is currently sitting on top of the Beatport Top 10 list.
I was immediately taken aback by the uplifting synths that roared in the beginning of “Here & Now”. These stunning synths and euphoric vocal cuts set up an amazing progression of atmospheric harmony, as to be expected from Ummet Ozcan after years of experience and success in the trance scene. The angelic progressions of the synths are followed by a thrilling, high-energy drop, filled with a booming bass-line and an aggressive rhythm that’s going to be sweeping the dance floors nationwide.
